Classic red pepper jelly on cream cheese in a melty, gooey dip form! You really won’t believe how positively delicious this dip is until you try it – it’s perfectly sweet, creamy, and oh so easy. This will be your new go-to entertaining or party dip recipe!
Before You Get Started
- If you’re planning to serve this cream cheese pepper jelly dip to more than a couple of people, you’ll probably want to double (or even triple) the recipe. Keep that in mind when you head to the store!
How to Make This Recipe
See recipe card below for full list of measurements, ingredients, and instructions.
Bake & Enjoy!
Combine the softened cream cheese and the pepper jelly, then bake the mixture 20-ish minutes. Halfway through the bake time, give the dip a good stir to make sure it bakes evenly. When the dip’s hot and bubbly, take it out of the oven and enjoy!
Cheryl’s Tip: Let the cream cheese sit out for 30 minutes or so before making your dip. If it’s cold, you’ll have a tough time mixing it with the pepper jelly. Cold cream cheese could also curdle when you bake it, and no one wants that!
What I Love About This Recipe
- Cream cheese pepper jelly dip might be my new go-to for get togethers. It’s SO, so easy to make, and absolutely everyone that’s tried it has raved about it. A total people-pleaser that’s only 2 ingredients and doesn’t need a ton of work from me? Count me in!
- It’s delicious. Like. Something this simple has no right being this flavorful, and yet! To make it a little extra, I like to drizzle a little honey over the top of the dip as soon as I take it of the oven. It gives the dip another layer of flavor, and the sweetness in the honey plays off the tangy cream cheese and the hot pepper jelly really nicely. You could also use hot honey or just more red pepper jelly if you’d like!
Recipe Variations
- Flavor of the Week: You’re not limited to just red pepper jelly here. No, no. Cream cheese goes with everything, and that includes any type of pepper jelly you like! Peach pepper jelly, blueberry habañero pepper jelly, hot pepper cranberry jelly, raspberry pepper jelly, cherry pepper jelly, hot bacon jam… there’s literally a pepper jelly for everyone!
