Delicious POG juice + champagne… does it get any better? This tropical take on a traditional mimosa is instant transportation to warmer, beachier places, and this brunchy cocktail reminds me of my trips to the Polynesian Resort at Disney World. Easy to make, delicious, and super fun.
What Makes This Recipe So Good
- POG juice mimosas are exactly what they sound like – delicious, tropical POG juice with combined with a bubbly sparkling wine. They’re pretty much the best brunch cocktail you could imagine.
- This is written as a pitcher drink, but you could easily make individual servings instead. Serving a large group? Use the servings calculator on the recipe card to adjust the recipe to fit your needs!
Chef’s Tips
- I like to chill my glasses for half an hour to an hour before serving. That helps keep the mimosas cold without adding ice that’ll water down the drink.
- The nice thing about POG juice mimosas (or any mimosa, really) is you can make them as a dry or as sweet as you like. It all just depends on the ingredients you use! Orange juice and sparkling wine are the main stars of the show, so use good-quality versions that you really enjoy the taste of.
