I care about helping you find ways to eat well that work in your everyday life, including the many phases that you go through. GLP-1 Lunch Ideas

1. Healthy High Protein Chicken Salad
This chicken salad recipe is loaded with tender chicken, crisp apples, crunchy pecans, and juicy grapes, all tossed in a creamy Greek yogurt dressing that keeps things light but is completely satisfying. With 30+ grams of protein per serving and easy prep, this one is great for stretching out over a week.

2. Cottage Cheese Flatbread
Cottage cheese flatbread is a great alternative to naan or pita flatbread and absolutely packed with protein and has barely any carbs. It’s low carb, and perfect for anyone on a GLP-1 diet.

3. BBQ Chicken Salad
Smoky, sweet barbecue sauce turns shredded chicken salad into a high protein favorite. It’s delicious by itself, on a bed of lettuce, or on a bun for a make-ahead barbecue lunch sandwich! I love that it’s versatile, so you can eat this based on what works for you.

4. Mexican Chicken Soup
I think it’s important to interweave a bunch of flavors into GLP1 eating, and this one-pot Mexican chicken soup takes rotisserie chicken and turns it into a flavorful soup that’s anything but boring! Plus, it’s so easy to make, and kids and adults love it.

5. Air Fryer Turkey Burgers
Ground turkey and a variety of pantry seasonings turn into juicy, delicious turkey burgers, which are all done in the air fryer, making these extra healthy. Drop the bun if you want a more lower carb meal, and stick to cheese, lettuce, and tomato as toppings.

6. Tuna Ceviche
Get on board with this: Ahi tuna is marinated in fresh lime juice with red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, avocado, and cilantro. It’s a light lunch that won’t leave you feeling heavy or sluggish for the rest of your day.

7. Chili’s Southwest Chicken Soup
Chicken breasts, healthy seasonings, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips make up this delicious copycat soup recipe. All done in one pot, you get all the taste and nutrition you need!

8. 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken
This is a fave recipe in my house, and it’s completely hands-off and made with only 3(!) store-bought ingredients. Plus, it’s perfect in salads, bowls, quesadillas, tacos, and burritos. A highly versatile recipe that’s great for GLP-1 meal prep!

A perfect copycat for the classic herb crusted chicken at Texas Roadhouse! Cooked on the stove or on the grill, this simple recipe gives you deliciously flavorful, juicy chicken cutlets in almost no time at all.

18. Keto Orange Chicken
An incredibly healthy version of this classic recipe, enjoy crispy, pan-fried chicken in a light breading, smothered with a sweet orange glaze made with erythritol (not sugar). Dare I say it’s better than takeout? Oh, I will.

19. Turkey Stuffed Peppers
This recipe is easy, healthy and uses a lower fat meat that’s still high in protein. Tender bell peppers are filled with ground turkey, rice, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese, then baked until perfectly tender.

20. Texas Roadhouse Chili
Chili is so hearty, filling, and perfect to get balanced nutrition. This recipe is teeming with lean ground beef, kidney beans, and all the chili spices, and it’s all topped with onion and cheddar cheese. Enjoy this one!
