Once your subscription is cancelled, your membership benefits will remain active for the remainder of the period covered by your most recent payment.

  • With monthly memberships, all relevant membership benefits will remain active and available for the remainder of the month-long period covered by the last payment. For example, if your membership charges occur on the 19th of every month, and you cancel your subscription on October 30, you will have access to your membership benefits until November 19. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the month in question.
  • With annual memberships, all relevant membership benefits will remain active and available for the remainder of the year-long period covered by the last payment. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the year in question.
