A keto twist on classic Oreo cake balls, this recipe uses keto sandwich cookies for cake pop-inspired truffle balls that are dipped in chocolate and positively dreamy. Rich but quick and easy to make, we fight over these in my house!

Keto Cake Balls
Equipment
- Medium bowl
- 1-2 tablespoon disher or cookie scoop
- baking sheet
- parchment paper
- Small microwave-safe bowl
- Fork
Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese softened
- 16 keto chocolate sandwich cookies finely crushed, see Notes
- 6-9 ounces keto chocolate chips semi-sweet, dark, or milk chocolate
- 1 tablespoon refined coconut oil
Instructions
- In medium bowl, mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until well blended.
- Use disher or cookie scoop to form cookie mixture into 10-16 balls. Place cookie balls on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze 10 minutes.
- Pour chocolate chips into microwave-safe bowl and microwave 60 seconds. Stir chocolate, then microwave additional 30 seconds and stir again. If needed, microwave another 30 seconds and stir. Be careful not to overheat the chocolate – microwave until just melted.
- Stir refined coconut oil into melted chocolate until smooth.
- Use fork to dip cookie balls one-at-a-time into melted chocolate and return to baking sheet. Repeat until all cookie balls are coated. Place in refrigerator and chill 1 hour or until firm. Serve chilled.
- Cream Cheese: Philadelphia cream cheese has the lowest carb count of any cream cheese I’ve found.
- Cookies: I used 1 full box of Catalina Crunch chocolate vanilla keto sandwich cookies.
- Chocolate Chips: I used 6 ounces of Lily’s 55% Dark Chocolate Chips.
