Ingredients

For the Dry Seasoning Mix

  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1-1 ½ teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried chives
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the Dressing

Instructions

For the Dry Seasoning Mix

  • Add all spices to a jar and combine thoroughly. Store unused mix in an airtight container in a dry, cool place up to 6 months. Makes enough seasoning mix for 5 batches of dressing.

For the Ranch Dressing

  • Combine 1 tablespoon dry seasoning mix with ⅔ cup mayo, ⅓ cup almond milk, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Whisk thoroughly. Taste and add 1 more teaspoon lemon juice if desired. Store unused dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Makes 1 batch of dressing.

Recipe Notes

  • Make it Vegan: Use vegan mayonnaise.
  • You can substitute Greek yogurt for the mayonnaise if you prefer.
