Air fry eggs 9 minutes for soft-boiled eggs, 11 minutes for medium-boiled eggs, or 13 minutes for hard-boiled eggs.
When cook time ends, immediately (and carefully) transfer eggs from air fryer basket to ice bath. Allow eggs to rest in ice bath until completely cooled.
Once eggs have cooled, peel eggs and serve, or refrigerate eggs until ready to serve.
Recipe Notes
Cook Time: Time may vary based on the make and model of your air fryer. Test one egg prior to cooking whole patch to ensure desired texture of yolk.
Tricks for Peeling Boiled Eggs: Place egg in a glass that's roughly half filled with water. Place hand (or a lid or cover of some sort) over top of glass and shake glass violently until egg shell begins to crack. Alternately, roll hard-boiled egg back and forth on countertop, pressing down with palm of hand while rolling to apply gentle pressure.
