  • Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel.

  • Mix the smoked paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and ground mustard together in a small bowl. Sprinkle seasoning evenly over all side of pork tenderloin.
  • Cook pork tenderloin in air fryer at 400° Fahrenheit for 20 minutes, pausing to flip halfway through. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
