  • Add 1 tablespoon smoked paprika, 1 tablespoon kosher salt, 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar, ½ tablespoon black pepper, ½ tablespoon garlic powder, ½ tablespoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon dry mustard, ½ tablespoon dried thyme, and ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper to small mixing bowl.
  • Mix ingredients together until well blended. Season pork chops with desired amount of seasoning blend, or transfer seasoning blend to airtight container and store until ready to use.

Recipe Notes

  • Spices: This blend is fully customizable. Feel free to increase or decrease the amounts of each ingredient to fit your tastes.
  • Storage: Keep seasoning blend in an airtight container placed in a cool, dry location. Blend will keep up to 6 months if stored properly.
