Ingredients
2poundsground beef
2bell peppers(chopped)
1yellow onion(chopped)
2garlic cloves(minced)
½cupcream cheese
¼cupheavy cream
1teaspoonsalt
6-8slicesprovolone cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit.
Add ground beef and a pinch of salt to a large skillet over medium heat, cook until crumbled and meat is no longer pink.
Drain fat from skillet then add in the bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes or until vegetables are slightly soft.
Remove from heat and add in the cream cheese, heavy cream, and salt – mix to combine.
Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish, top with provolone cheese slices, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is brown and bubbly.

I used 80% lean ground beef, though anywhere between 80% - 90% will work in this recipe.
