This is the ultimate green tea shot recipe for entertaining! The combination of Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, sour mix, and a splash of lemon-lime soda tastes like a perfectly sweetened iced green tea.

Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker with built-in strainer (or separate strainer)
  • Shot glasses
  • Jigger or measuring cups (for 1/2 oz measurements)
  • ice

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce Irish whiskey
  • ½ ounce peach schnapps
  • ½ ounce sour mix ((see notes))
  • splash of Sprite

Instructions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
  • Add Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix to shaker.
  • Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well chilled.
  • Strain into shot glass.
  • Top with a splash of Sprite and serve immediately.
