Ingredients
For the Shrimp
1poundmedium shrimp(peeled, deveined; see Notes)
¼cupmelted butter
2clovesgarlic(pressed or minced)
1teaspoonchopped fresh parsley(or ½ teaspoon dried parsley)
Position oven rack 7 inches from heating element. Preheat broiler.
Place shrimp in large bowl. Add all ingredients and use wooden spoon to coat shrimp.
Pour seasoned shrimp onto baking sheet, arrange in single layer. Do not overcrowd baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in oven. Broil 3 to 4 minutes, flipping shrimp over once with spatula or tongs. Broil until shrimp is white and no longer opaque. This will only take 3 to 4 minutes total.
Remove baking sheet from oven, and serve shrimp immediately as desired.
