A classic deli-style corned beef sandwich, exploding with delicious savory flavor. Made with just a few ingredients between two slices of toasted rye bread.

- 2 slices rye bread (lightly toasted)
- 2 tablespoons Russian dressing
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons sauerkraut
- ¼ pound sliced corned beef
Lightly toast 2 slices rye bread, then transfer toasted bread to plate or paper towels.
Divide 2 tablespoons Russian dressing in half. Spread 1 tablespoon Russian dressing on one side of each piece of bread. Set one piece of bread aside.
Spread 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish on top of Russian dressing.
Layer ¼ pound sliced corned beef on top of relish, then top corned beef with 2 tablespoons sauerkraut.
Top sauerkraut with other piece of bread, dressing-side down. Serve and enjoy!
- Rye Bread - If you don't like rye bread, use a whole grain or multigrain bread instead.
- Russian Dressing - For a Russian dressing substitute, use dijon mustard or 1000 Island dressing.
