Onion Gravy

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 yellow onion thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1 tablespoons corn starch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then add in the onion and cook for about 30 minutes or until brown.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, and beef stock then bring to a boil before reducing to a simmer for 20 minutes.
Stir in the cornstarch and water mixture, and continue to whisk until thick, about one to two minutes.
