1.5ounceshot peppermint schnapps((optional.. but heartily recommended))
¼cupwhipped cream(, optional)
crushed peppermint candies or candy canes(, optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Combine half-and-half and milk in a small saucepan over medium heat and heat 'til warm. Stir in chocolate chips and whisk until melted and totally smooth. Add in a dash of vanilla extract and peppermint oil, then taste. When satisfied with your extract balance, stir in peppermint schnapps.
