  • 8 slices bacon chopped
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1-2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

  • Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy.

  • Gradually stir flour into fat, then pour in one cup of milk. Whisk constantly on medium-low heat until thick. Add additional ½-1 cup of milk if thinner gravy is desired.
