Keto Gravy

This keto gravy has all the irresistible flavors of comforting gravy, with a fraction of the carbs! A few simple ingredients is all you'll need for this creamy and delicious gravy. Throw together this easy keto gravy for your next holiday or dinner party - no one will guess how much healthier it is!

  • Skillet


  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups broth or 1 cup turkey pan drippings + 1 cup broth
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum


  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, then slowly add in the broth.
  • Bring to a boil then add in the onion powder, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Whisk in the xanthan gum and continue to simmer until gravy has thickened. Remove from heat, keto gravy will continue to thicken as it cools.


  • Make it Paleo: Replace the butter with ghee to make this keto gravy paleo.
  • Make it Dairy-Free: Use 4 tablespoons of non-dairy butter in place of the regular butter in this recipe.
