Creamy Sriracha Mayo (Only 2 Ingredients!)

Sriracha mayo is delicious with just about everything, and it's so easy that there's absolutely no reason to ever buy it! With only two simple ingredients and made in 15 seconds, the most important part is getting that mayo:sriracha ratio perfect, and this recipe nails it. Perfectly creamy, perfectly spicy.

  • Add all ingredients to small bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.

Notes

  • Storage: Refrigerate in airtight container up to 3 weeks.
  • Make it Keto: Most store-bought sriracha contains sugar, so if you're following a strict keto way of eating, you'll need to look for a brand with no added sugar, which may be tough to find. If you focus just on macros, though, there's only 1g net carbs per serving in this mayo recipe even with a store-bought sriracha. You can also make your own sugar-free sriracha which will eliminate the added sugar completely.
  • Make it Vegan: Use a vegan mayonnaise.
  • Make it Whole30/Paleo: Use a compliant sriracha and a compliant mayonnaise.
