Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets see Notes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice see Notes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl then add in the mahi mahi and toss to coat.
  • Place each filet on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until opaque throughout.

Notes

  • Mahi Mahi: Either fresh or frozen then defrosted mahi mahi will work in this recipe. You also have the option to leave the skin on or remove the skin before cooking.
  • Lemon Juice: You can use fresh lime juice instead of lemon juice if you'd like!
