Avocado Ranch Dressing

Smooth and creamy avocado ranch dressing is exactly what your meals have been missing! It's everything you love about ranch dressing with the added deliciousness of avocado. Serve it as a dip for veggies or fries, or drizzle it on top of salads or tacos.

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado peeled, pit removed
  • cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • juice of ½ of one lemon
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • ½ cup milk of choice see Notes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except milk to bowl of food processor. Process until combined.
  • Slowly add milk, processing until desired consistency is achieved. Note: you may not need full ½ cup, or you may want more. Amount of seasonings will need to be adjusted based on amount of milk used, i.e. the more milk you add, the more seasoning you'll need to use. Taste dressing and adjust as needed.
  • Serve immediately, or transfer to airtight container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Notes

  • Milk: If using plant-based milk, be sure to use an unsweetened version.
  • Make it Dairy Free: Use plant-based milk, vegan mayonnaise, and vegan sour cream or plain, dairy-free yogurt in place of the Greek yogurt.
