Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

These air fryer Brussels sprouts are delicious: crispy and tossed in a quick garlicky maple butter sauce. They're quick and easy to make, and they'll become a favorite healthy side dish in your family!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Trim ends and halve large sprouts.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°. If your air fryer uses 10-degree increments, set to 370°.

  • Fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 6-7 minutes, until sprouts are browned.

  • In the microwave, melt butter with maple syrup in 30-second intervals.
  • Stir in garlic and salt.

  • Remove sprouts and toss with butter-syrup glaze. Serve immediately.
