Garlic Butter Shrimp

This garlic butter shrimp couldn't be simpler, quicker, or more delicious. Made in 5 minutes with only 5 ingredients, this saucy, garlicky shrimp is tender and loaded with flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp
  • 1 stick butter
  • 6-7 cloves garlic minced about 1 ½ - 2 ½ tablespoons
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Melt butter over medium heat until foaming, then add the shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 60 seconds, then add the garlic and cook for a further 30 seconds.
  • Add the wine and cook 2 Minutes.
  • Toss with parsley and salt.
