Almond Flour Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten-Free, Clean Eating, Dairy-Free, Vegan)
These little almond flour Paleo chocolate chip cookies are perfect for when you want a little bite of something sweet without overdoing it. I give you fair warning though – once you starting eating them, its hard to eat just one!
Servings 24 cookies
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sift together the almond flour, arrowroot powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt
Add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and combine well
Stir in the chocolate chips
Roll approximately a Tbsp sized amount of dough into a ball and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Gently flatten the cookie with the palm of your hand or the back of a spoon
Bake 10-12 minutes.
