Frozen Golden Milk Turmeric Frappuccino (Paleo, Vegan, Anti Inflammatory)

This frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccino is the most refreshing and delicious way to get the anti-inflammatory benefits in a turmeric recipe! The frozen version of my iced golden milk turmeric latte, this frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccino is perfectly creamy, icy, sweet, and spiced. Paleo + vegan.
Prep: 2 minutes
Total: 2 minutes
Yield:2 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy-free milk of your choice we like coconut milk from the carton
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3-4 Tbsp. maple syrup see note
  • 1-1 ½ tsp. ground turmeric see note
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 Pinch ground cardamom
  • ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, making sure you blend until ice is just crushed but not overly liquid. Serve immediately.

Notes

These frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccinos can be a bit stronger than the iced version if you use the recommended 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric (for health and anti-inflammatory benefits!). If you use 1 1/2 teaspoons, I recommend also using 4 tablespoons maple syrup to offset the spiciness of the turmeric. If you use 1 teaspoon turmeric, you might only need 3 tablespoons maple syrup.
