Ingredients

  • 8 blueberries
  • 2 lime (total 1/4 lime)
  • 5 mint
  • 3 ounces white rum
  • 1.5 ounces simple syrup*
  • 2 tbsp soda , to taste
  • 3-4 blueberries , for garnish, optional
  • 2-3 mint leave , for garnish, optional

Instructions

  1. Place blueberries, lime, and mint in the bottom of a tall glass and muddle. Add rum, simple syrup, and soda, and stir. Add soda to taste. Garnish with more blueberry and mint leaves, if desired.

Recipe Notes

To make simple syrup, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, stir to make sure all sugar is dissolved, and remove from heat. Let cool.
