Berry Mojito Smoothie

Cool mint and sweet summer berries mingle together for the perfect summer smoothie!

Ingredients

  • cup fresh , ripe blackberries
  • cup fresh , ripe strawberries (or raspberries)
  • cup almond milk , or other alt-milk
  • 1-3 dates , depending on sweetness of fresh berries (I used only 1)
  • 10 medium to large leaves mint
  • 2 handfuls ice

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients and serve immediately.

Notes

Try any berries as you like.
