Creamy Herb Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 5 scallions white and green parts, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley minced
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl and beat with a hand mixer until completely smooth. Alternately, use a stand mixer to mix well.
  • Stir in scallions, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until combined. Chill until ready to serve.

Notes

Serve at room temperature.
