- ¼ cup flour
- 3 tablespoons oil neutral such as avocado oil
For the Gravy
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt more or less to taste
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper more or less to taste
- 2 cups beef broth

Season cubed beef with generous pinch of salt and freshly black pepper, then add to large bowl, and toss meat in flour to evenly coat each cube.
Add oil to large pot and heat over medium-high heat. Add beef tips in single layer and brown for about 30 seconds on each side,, then remove from pot. Work in multiple batches if you can't fit all beef tips at once.
Reduce heat to medium, then add chopped onion to pot and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, or until softened. Then, add in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to pot with onion.
In small bowl, whisk together beef broth and cornstarch until fully combined, then pour mixture into pot. Stir well, then add seared beef tips back to pot.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until gravy has thickened and beef tips are cooked thru.
