POG Juice Mimosas

These refreshing and delicious tropical brunch cocktails will transport you right to the beach - you don't even need to leave the house!

Equipment

  • large pitcher
  • long-handled spoon

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups orange juice chilled
  • ¾ cup passion fruit nectar chilled
  • ¾ cup guava nectar chilled
  • 750 mL prosecco, champagne, or sparkling wine 1 bottle, chilled
  • orange slices or coins optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to large pitcher. Stir well to thoroughly incorporate, then pour mixture into glasses, garnish with orange slices or coins (optional), and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For especially refreshing mimosas, chill your glasses until you're ready to serve.
