Whole30 Grazing Board (Paleo)

This grazing board is paleo and Whole30 compliant, the perfect way to start date night or a gathering with friends and family on a round! Super customizable and straight-up fun, too.

Equipment

  • serving board, tray, or platter (or cover a table or counter with butcher paper for a grazing table)
  • Small bowls, cups, or ramekins
  • Serving utensils (knives, cocktail forks, toothpicks, etc.)

Ingredients

Suggested Foods (All Optional)

  • herb & garlic cashew dip see Notes
  • mustard
  • Whole30 dump ranch see Notes
  • Whole30 honey mustard see Notes
  • guacamole store-bought (compliant) or make your own
  • thinly sliced cucumbers
  • baby carrots
  • thinly sliced radishes
  • bell peppers small peppers, or large peppers sliced into strips
  • shishito peppers raw or blistered
  • cherry tomatoes
  • dried figs
  • apple slices
  • grapes
  • medjool dates
  • olives
  • cornichons
  • artichokes grilled & marinated, or cooked in the Instant Pot
  • compliant nuts of choice
  • compliant prosciutto slices
  • compliant turkey slices

Instructions

  • Begin by placing bowls, cups, and ramekins of dips and sauces on board. Arrange folded and rolled meats on board, then fill in empty spaces with remaining foods. Rearrange components as needed to achieve desired look.

Notes

  • Ingredients: Everything listed in the ingredients here are just suggestions – feel free to make any substitutions or adjustments you like! You don’t have to include this many components. If you have a large board, you can double up ingredients as needed to fill out the space.
  • Texture: For visual texture, roll, fold, and stack the sliced meat, or form some into roses.
