Grilled Mahi Mahi

This grilled mahi mahi is perfectly flaky and delicious! A few simple ingredients is all you'll need to have this tasty meal on the table with minimal cleanup. Switch things up this season and throw this quick and easy mahi mahi recipe on the grill for a seafood dish everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 4 mahi mahi fillets see Notes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice see Notes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper in a bowl then add in the mahi mahi and toss to coat.
  • Place each filet on the grill and cook for 3-5 minutes per side or until opaque throughout.

Notes

  • Mahi Mahi: Either fresh or frozen then defrosted mahi mahi will work in this recipe. You also have the option to leave the skin on or remove the skin before cooking.
  • Lemon Juice: You can use fresh lime juice instead of lemon juice if you'd like!
