Chipotle Aioli

This chipotle aioli is smoky, creamy, garlicky, and delicious, made with just a few ingredients in about 3 minutes! Delicious on tacos or simply as an addictive condiment, you'll want a jar of this chipotle aioli in the fridge at all times.

Equipment

  • standard blender or immersion blender, or food processore

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise see Notes for vegan
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice plus more to taste
  • 4-5 chipotle peppers in adobo
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers in adobo, see Notes for gluten free
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.

Notes

  • Make it Vegan: Use vegan mayonnaise.
  • Make it Gluten Free: Use gluten free adobo sauce. Some store-bought versions will contain flour, so check the ingredients list!
