This air fryer cauliflower recipe is super quick and easy, served with the most addictive lemon-garlic aioli. The perfect healthy side dish any time you're craving lots of flavor and with only a couple minutes of prep, your whole family will love it as much as mine does.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to use.
For the Cauliflower
Preheat air fryer to 380° Fahrenheit.
In large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil until evenly coated. Sprinkle with salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Place cauliflower in air fryer basket. Distribute in one even layer. Don't overcrowd.
Cook 16 to 17 minutes, shaking basket vigorously halfway through cook time.
Remove cauliflower from air fryer basket and serve hot with a side of lemon-garlic aioli (optional).
Notes
Make sure cauliflower florets are equally sized. I recommend cutting any large florets in half so their stems become tender.
Be careful not to overcrowd the air fryer basket, or your cauliflower won't cook evenly.
Cook times will vary slightly based on the size and freshness of your cauliflower florets. Keep an eye on them as they're cooking and shorten or lengthen your cook time as needed.
Make it Vegan: Skip the lemon-garlic aioli, or use a vegan mayonnaise.
Make it Paleo: Use compliant mayonnaise.
