Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Shot

This apple cider vinegar and honey shot is a tasty, super powerful elixir that can aid digestion, help with allergies, ward off sickness, rev up metabolism and more.

  • Small bowl or glass
  • whisk

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon honey preferably raw and local
  • 1 tablespoon warm water  plus more as desired
  • 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar with "the Mother"
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Whisk warm water into honey until combined.
  • Stir in the apple cider vinegar and cinnamon.
  • Shoot!

Notes

  • Recipe is best when consumed immediately but can be made in advance and kept up to 5 days. Refrigerate in an airtight container and shake or stir well before drinking.
