Almond Flour Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies (Gluten-Free, Clean Eating, Dairy-Free, Vegan)

These little almond flour Paleo chocolate chip cookies are perfect for when you want a little bite of something sweet without overdoing it. I give you fair warning though – once you starting eating them, its hard to eat just one!

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Sift together the almond flour, arrowroot powder, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt
  • Add the remaining ingredients (except the chocolate chips) and combine well
  • Stir in the chocolate chips
  • Roll approximately a Tbsp sized amount of dough into a ball and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Gently flatten the cookie with the palm of your hand or the back of a spoon
  • Bake 10-12 minutes.
