Two frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccinos in to-go cups with black and white straws

Frozen Golden Milk Turmeric Frappuccino (Paleo, Vegan, Anti Inflammatory)

This frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccino is the most refreshing and delicious way to get the anti-inflammatory benefits in a turmeric recipe! The frozen version of my iced golden milk turmeric latte, this frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccino is perfectly creamy, icy, sweet, and spiced. Paleo + vegan.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dairy-free milk of your choice we like coconut milk from the carton
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3-4 Tbsp. maple syrup see note
  • 1-1 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric see note
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 Pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 Pinch ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, making sure you blend until ice is just crushed but not overly liquid. Serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

These frozen golden milk turmeric frappuccinos can be a bit stronger than the iced version if you use the recommended 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric (for health and anti-inflammatory benefits!). If you use 1 1/2 teaspoons, I recommend also using 4 tablespoons maple syrup to offset the spiciness of the turmeric. If you use 1 teaspoon turmeric, you might only need 3 tablespoons maple syrup.
