EGG ROLL IN
Sauté white parts of green onion, red onion, ginger, and garlic in sesame oil
Add ground pork, water chestnuts, sriracha. Cook 'til pork is browned and crumbled
Add coleslaw mix, coco aminos/soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, pepper, salt. Stir and cook 'til cabbage is tender (5m)
Whisk together mayo and hot sauce with a pinch of salt. Transfer to small plastic bag if desired!
Spoon egg roll in a bowl in serving dishes then garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Snip off corner of plastic bag and drizzle spicy mayo on!
