Vegan Corned Beef & Cabbage

In a food processor with dough blade attached, add veg broth, garlic cloves, olive oil, vital wheat gluten, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, paprika, cumin, salt, & red food coloring.

Put seitan in loaf pan. Line pan with parchment paper & press seitan dough down.

Fold parchment paper over and put weight on top. Bake at 325°F for 60 mins.

Add water, or broth, sugar, pickling spice, mustard seed, salt, & seitan to a large pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer for 15 mins.

Add whole potatoes, carrots, & cook for 10 mins. Add cabbage & cook for 15 more minutes.

Remove seitan & slice.
