Pork Chop Brine

Add brown sugar to 1 cup of warm water.

Add bay leaf, garlic, black pepper corns, thyme, and salt to the brown sugar mixture. Warm over low heat & simmer until brown sugar has dissolved.

Remove from heat & add remaining 3 cups of water, let brine cool completely before moving to the next step.

Once brine has cooled, add it to a large resealable bag with the pork chops & refrigerate for at least 6 hours & up to 24 hours.

Remove pork chops from the brine & pat dry.. Cook however you'd prefer.

SO easy!
