Poppy Seed Chicken

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix together cooked chicken,  sour cream, and parmesan cheese.

Add cream of chicken soup and poppy seeds.

Mix together until fully combined.

Transfer to a 9x9 baking dish.

Mix together crushed crackers and melted butter.

Sprinkle crackers on top of chicken mixture and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Enjoy this recipe for dinner or lunch.
