Paleo Pancakes

In a large bowl, whisk eggs, honey or maple syrup, vanilla, milk, vinegar, & oil.

In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour, tapioca starch, and coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.

Combine both bowls & mix until everything is fully combined.If you want thinner pancakes, then add an additional 1-2.tbsps milk.

Scoop the batter in a 1/3 measuring cup. Very slowly pour the batter onto a greased pan or griddle over medium heat.

Cook each pancake about 2-3 mins, or until batter begins to bubble. Flip the pancake and cook until golden brown. Repeat.

Top with ghee, maple syrup, honey, whipped topping & fruit, or your fave toppings.
