Instant Pot Orange Chicken
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces & place in the Instant Pot on sautè mode.
When IP reads "hot" add in in the olive oil, chicken, salt, and cook for 2 mins.
In a bowl, mx the orange juice and zest, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, & ginger.
Add the sauce to the IP with the chicken.
Secure IP lid & set to manual pressure cook for 5 mins. Manually release the steam before removing lid.
In a small bowl, whisk together corn starch & water until the corn starch has dissolved. Set IP back to sauté & add the starch slurry.
Stir everything until sauce has thickened and heated through.
Once thickened, turn off heat & serve with sliced green onions.
