Instant Pot Eggs

In your Instant Pot, add 1 cup of water with the trivet. Place eggs on the steam basket or trivet.

Seal IP & set steam (high pressure): 2 mins for mostly set white & runny yolk, 4 mins for set white & jammy yolk, or 6 mins hard boiled without a chalky center.

As soon as the eggs are done cooking, use the manual rapid release to depressurize.

Immediately place eggs in ice bath.

These are the cook times for labeled eggs!

When eggs are cool, gently crack eggs by tapping on a counter & carefully remove shells.
