Fluffy Gluten Free Pancakes

Whisk together egg, vanilla, oil, and sugar.

Add the flour, baking powder, & salt to the egg mixture. Whisk until fully combined. Stir in milk & vinegar, whisk until smooth.

Heat a griddle over med heat. Grease the griddle before adding each pancake. Use a 1/4 measuring cup to measure each pancake.

Cook the pancakes until batter starts to bubble & pancakes begin to puff up.

Flip the pancake & cook until golden on the bottom.

Top with butter, your favorite toppings, and so much more!
