Air Fryer Empanadas

Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef 5-6 minutes. Then remove from the pan and drain.

Add the garlic cloves, yellow onion, and red bell pepper into the pan and cook until fragrant.

Then add cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili power. Cook for  1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add the beef broth into the pan, followed by the ground beef. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Place 2 tbsp of filling in the middle of the dough. Then fold and pinch the edges to seal.

Brush the dough with egg wash. 

Cook in the fryer at 325F for 8 minutes. Enjoy!
