When I was single, I started everyday with a sun salutation, followed me a bowl of steel cut oats. Later on, I meditated and practiced the guitar.
When I met O, I started running. I ran with him and ran by myself. I woke up every morning and checked Runner’s World. Then it became summer.
Now, we’re engaged. I try to do yoga. I try to run sometimes. But let’s be honest: I do neither on a regular basis. I do, however, watch Dexter on demand on a regular basis. What better way to whip your tush into shape? Accountability. What’s the most accountable thing I can think of?

Starting today, I’ll be doing yoga every single day for one full month. I’ll video my falls, tweet my headstand accomplishments, and update my challenge weekly. I’m going in with an open mind, but I have a feeling I’ll end up feeling more energized and more peaceful, all at once. I’m also going to start watching TV in wheel pose. Namaste!
